Our speedboat

With our speedboat we make superfun diving- and snorkeling Day Trips in Thailand to the famous dive site Richelieu Rock, to the nearby situated pristine Surin Islands and to the destinations Koh Ra, Koh Phratong and Koh Kham.

Our Day Trips start from the island Koh Phayam (sometimes also written as Ko Payam), which lies just of the west coast from Ranong Town. On request you can also join the Day Trips from the nearby situated island Koh Chang or from Ranong.

A modern boat especially developed for divers and snorkelers

Our new and very modern speedboat is built in 2012 and was especially developed to the needs of divers and snorkelers.

Our speedboat invites to fun diving trips and snorkeling toursThe speedboat has 2 outboard showers, a private toilet with a sceptic tank and a small store room. Two large bunks for seating and storing dive equipment are situated in a roof-covered shaded area. In the front of the boat is another sitting area, this one is an open-air area, where you can enjoy the nice views over the ocean.

A spacious diving platform, very practical in use with the two side-mounted ladders, make the entry- and exit to the boat as comfortable- and safe as possible. The speedboat consists entirely of GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic), which is very sturdy and considered to be unsinkable.

Our speedboat is powered by two Honda 4-stroke 225 HP high-performance engines. In just 1hr30 we reach from Koh Phayam the exciting dive site Richelieu Rock. When we head to the Surin Islands from Koh Phayam, we also need about 1h30. When we go to the area of Koh Ra, Koh Phratong and Koh Kham, we get there from Koh Phayam in about 45 minutes to 1h30, depending on the destination.

Small groups with comfortable space for everybody

Day Trips are organized with a maximum of 10 divers, or with a combination of divers and snorkelers. In total we carry a maximum of 18 guests onboard.

What's included

During our Day Trips we supply our guests with new dive- and snorkel equipment. Also fresh fruits, a lunch (also for vegetarians), snacks and cold soft drinks are all available onboard and are included in our Day Trip prices.

Combining a Day Trip with a dive course

You can also join a dive course in combination with a Day Trip. During our Day Trips, we teach on request the Discover Scuba Diving Program, the Open Water Dive Course and the Advanced Diver Course. Please note that you'd need to join at least 2 Day Trips in order to complete the Open Water- or the Advanced Dive Course. As we will start with the theory sessions before the start of a Day Trip, please calculate some extra time for your arrival. If you like to join an Open Water Diver Course or an Advanced Open Water Course, optimal is to arrive 2 days prior to your preferred Day Trip.
